This is the last Will and Testament of me John Judge of Burton Dassett in the County of Warwick ffarmer I give and bequeath unto my Son William Judge and my daughter Mary Judge the sum of two hundred pounds sterling each which I direct to be paid to them within six calendar months after my decease I give devise and bequeath All and singular the rest residue and remainder of the property which I shall be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease or over which I may have a disposing power whether the same consist of estates of freehold copyhold or for years or other real or personal estates of whatever sort or kind unto my friends Thomas Curtis of ffarnborough in the said County of Warwick and William Curtis of Warmington in the same County ffarmers their heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and quality thereof Upon trust that they the said Thomas Curtis and William Curtis and the survivors of them and the executors and administrators of such survivor do and shall if they shall think it advantageous for my family from time to time when and as often as occasion may require during the minority of the youngest child I may have living at or which may be born in due time after my decease renew the lease or leases of the farm or farms which I may occupy at the time of my decease and in conjunction with my dear wife during such of the periods for which they shall make such renewals as aforesaid as she shall continue my Widow and afterwards of their own proper authority and without any interference on her part carry on and manage the business of the said farms And it is my will likewise that they my said Trustees and the survivors of them their respective heirs executors and administrators out of the monies which shall come to their hands by virtue of the trusts aforesaid to retain and to allow to each other all costs and expences and fees to Counsel for advice which they or any of them may incur in the execution of the aforesaid trusts or in relation thereto In Witness whereof I the said John Judge the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this and the five preceding sheets of paper set my hand and seal (to wit) my hand to and at the bottom of each of the said five sheets and my hand and seal to this last sheet this seventh day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine _John Judge
